Mrs. William Bloom Mrs. Anna Laura Bloom,69, widow of William Preston Bloom, New Windsor, died Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Springfield State Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Kennett Square, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Phoebe Shaw Jenkins. Her husband died several years ago. Surving are a daughter, Mrs. Beverly B. Shorb, Williamsport; a son, William P. Bloom, Jr., New Windsor; three grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Helen Mansur, Royersford, Pa. She was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church, New Windsor. Funeral services will be held from the New Windsor Funeral home of D. D Hartzler & Sons Saturday 10 a.m. THe Rev. George Aist, her pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Presbyterian cemetery at New Windsor.
