Mortimer Hurley, of this city, died at the residence of his mother, in Clarksburg, Montgomery county, Md., on Tuesday afternoon last in the 50th year of his age. Prof. Hurley was well known throughout the western portion of this state as an efficient music teacher. He was a son-in-law of Joseph M. Parke, Esq. of this city.
