  [S1] Newspaper Clipping, 18 Sep 2008, York Daily Record. Harriet T. Campbell, 94, formerly of York, died at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday at Chat sworth Nursing Home in Palm Beach Gardens. She was the wife of the late Howard D. Campbell. Born September 6, 1914, in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Robert P. Turner and the late Elsie Daumont. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of York, the Country Club of York, and the Young Woman's Club. She was also a sustaining member of the Junior League of York. Mrs. Campbell was an avid golfer who continued to golf after age 80. She was the past president of the Pennsylvania State Women's Golf Association. She is survived by a daughter, Harriet T. Campbell, Jr. of York; a son, H. Douglas Campbell, Jr. of York; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann C. Gegauff and a grandchild. Private burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
