Former Baltimorean Dead in New York Relatives Here Plan Funeral for Arthur Penniman, Broker; Brother Leaves for Brooklyn Home Arthur PEnniman, former Baltimorean who had engaged in the brokerage business in New York for more than thirty-five years, died at his home in Brooklyn early today, according to word received here by his relatives. Mr. Penniman had been in New York since he was 20 years old, save for occasional visits to Baltimore.He was the son of the late Edward J. Penniman, of the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. A borther, Harry Y. Penniman, left for New Work this morning to make the funeral arrangements. Surviving are four brothers and two sister, Mrs. Sarah R. Walton and Miss Mary Yates Penniman. The other brothers are Edward O., C. Douglas and George Nelson Penniman.
